New and used 2025 Ford Maverick trucks for sale near Long Branch, VA

A few weeks ago, my husband and I were casually browsing the used car lot at Sheehy Ford when we were approached by Axel Jimenez. He offered to answer any questions we had and assist with test drives. We ended up trying out a few cars and found one we absolutely loved. Throughout the entire process, Axel was fantastic—professional, courteous, and never pushy or aggressive. We truly appreciate all of his help, and he has continued to be responsive and supportive with any questions or needs we've had since our purchase.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. I came up and signed up immediately and my payment was less than before for a better car! Thanks Mike for not giving up on me and my family. Thank you Sheehy for always being there.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

Our sales personnel Will and Chris were extremely helpful with picking out, test driving and getting us the best deal on the Mustang GT that we ordered!

I had another dealer check a noise coming from my front righ1t wheel. brought it in 8 times they could not find problem. had always had to live it a few days. left it at sheey, problem fixed first time

Wendy, in Service Department, did a professional job in getting my vehicle serviced and provided a list of things that may be needed in the future to be done. She is knowledgeable and courteous.

Overall Troy and the staff at Sheehy were not only highly professional but went out of their way to make the trade in and new car purchase very efficient and enjoyable. I am completely satisfied with this my second purchase from Sheehy Ford Warrenton.

Bruce was very helpful in getting the process started on trading in my F350 for a new one. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms because of mechanical issues.
