I had to drop my car off on a Sunday as it was having unexpected issues. The team diagnosed the issue and had it ready for me by the end of the day on Monday. I did not expect to have it back that quickly since I did not have an appointment. LBS has the best service team!

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I was overdue on my state inspection. I immediately called and was told to bring my car in the next morning. They fit me into their very busy schedule and had my car done in record time. Can't thank them enough for their excellent service and their very kind personnel who took care of my situation.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Bought a Ford Edge at another dealer. Felt very pressured by the sales person and did not like the car. So I had bought a few cars from Chapman In Columbia before so I went to see if they could get me out of this car. Wendall Jones was my salesman. He did a great job helping me find the perfect car for me. The wig Hole experience from beginning to end was good. Keith and tony were also very helpful. The entire staff works very well together I would definitely refer friends to that location

I walked in one day and asked for an appointment to get my car inspected. He said he could do it Thursday. I said I would drop it off Wednesday morning because I would be in the area and they could inspect it when they had time. Well instead of my appointment time on Thursday they took it in and did it Wednesday. They try to make you feel like your business matters to them and they truly care.

K. Miller was polite, knowledgeable of Ford models, and was very clear with his communication. It was a nice dealership with relatively cheap dealer fees (around $300 for my car). Process was easy, and they even held the car for me for a week without a deposit.
