I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Great experience at McFarland Ford. Patrick my salesman was very helpful. Sale was completed quickly. From the time I drove onto the lot to sale completion was less than 2 hours.

I brought my 2008 Ranger in for leaf spring shackle replacement and it turned out that the brackets that mount the shackles to the frame were also bad. Since they quoted me a price to replace the shackles only, they replaced the brackets with no labor charge.

Lauren was very helpful and made a stressful time for buying a new vehicle easy. They took extra time to help me learn the new vehicle. We felt supported and trusted their advice. Highly recommend.

I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). My husband has been buying from them for years and I should have listened to him before now. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
