I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Very friendly low pressure sales force. High quality used cars at very reasonable prices. Easy financial arrangements. If they didn’t have what you want, very willing to search for exactly the car you want. Will look there again the next time I need a vehicle.

There was a leak in both sides of the box. They tried to repair it, but one side didn't seal. We purchased as is and knew the leak was there. We will repair it.

We decided to purchase our leased 2022 when the lease agreement expired. We would have preferred to lease a new Edge but that wasn't an option since the Edge is being discontinued
