After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

Just bought a car here and truly an amazing experience! Sebastian Layser helped me and he truly was the nicest and easiest person to talk to! I didn't believe i was going to buy one but loved it and he truly helped me love it more!

Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. I visited the dealership after seeing a vehicle online. I was not impressed at first because the sales man that the reception sent me to never answer. I called back. She sent me to Jordan Evan’s.
