We had no problems with the purchase of our MKX. Malachi was very professional. Paperwork took a long time, but we are very happy with the car. When our salesman was busy, another guy (Kim) helped out. That's teamwork!

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

We were visiting family in OK and decided to drop by Joe Cooper Ford/Lincoln dealership in Edmond to browse the used cars on their lot. Malachi greeted us within a few minutes and he was he was very professional and friendly. We did find a car we liked but did not purchase it until we returned to Arkansas to do some research. We found that we could not beat the price anywhere including the Internet. So we called Malachi to tell him we wanted the car. We drove back (6 hours) to buy this car. The main reason was the royal treatment we received from this dealership. A few months later we were back in town to visit and stopped by Joe Cooper's to inquire about a manufacture recall on the car we purchased. The service department got our car in right then, took care of the repair, and washed and vacuumed our car within an hour. We did not request the wash and vacuum, that is just part of their great customer service. We can not say enough good things about this dealership. Someone was continually asking us if they could get us a beverage. The absolute best car buying experience ever!

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Definitely would do business with them. Blake the Sales Manager is a man of his words. Takes responsibility for mistakes made and makes them right. Not usually the case in the car business.

The young lady who helped us was so attentive unfortunately at this time we couldn’t get a vehicle rest assure when we do because a Cadillac is the only one we drive we will definitely be back for that young lady to help us she is awesome..

Billy Patee was our salesman, he went beyond our expectations. He did everything he could to get us into our vehicle. The finance manager Kirk Ellis was great, he did not try to pressure us into buying anything extra, but what we wanted. We would definitely recommend Joe Cooper Auto to our family and friends.

As a recent transplant to Oklahoma, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy service station for my 2014 Ford Focus, especially with my extended warranty nearing its expiration. The incredible team of Lauren Caudal and Don Randall went above and beyond, battling my warranty provider to ensure they honored the necessary repairs. When the dust settled, a $4,769 bill was reduced to just $165 out of my pocket. My car was back to perfect, and I was thrilled! Fast forward seven months, and my Focus started having electrical issues. I returned to Joe Cooper, where Don and Lauren were quick to assess the problem. They warned me it could be a minor fix or something major. They started by replacing the TCM, which was covered by an expiring Ford recall—talk about timing! When that didn’t solve the issue, Ryan Dempsey, who I’m convinced is the electrician equivalent of an elite special forces operative, stepped in. He immediately pinpointed a faulty fuse hidden deep under the battery. A few hours later, my car was fixed, and the cost? Nothing but a handshake from Don! We worked with Ty and Cord. Both of them were lovely, and we would recommend them to anyone. We bought a used vehicle, but our experience was vastly different with Ty, than with other used car salespeople. She is exceptional, and your dealership is made better because of her. I would make the 2.5 hour drive to Norman, just to buy from her again. She is not pushy or slimy like other salespeople we talked to. She has a wonderful way about her- she is kind, funny, cheerful and honest. She seems eager to help, but in a way that engenders trust, familiarity and friendship. All salespeople working on commission should be more like Ty. We were so lucky to get to work with her.
