After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I live in Barrington, IL and as with many other places, we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I went to my local dealer, Wickstrom Ford, first and I never had a need to try working with a different dealership. I had a good idea what I wanted when ordering my 2025 Big Bend Bronco with a manual transmission, but there were other features I wasn't sure about and the team at Wickstrom was helpful to make my final decision. Everything was easy with Wickstrom (and I have had problems with other dealerships in the past). The pricing and terms were clear. They did not put extra equipment on the vehicle which other dealerships do and try to force me to pay for it. In transit from the factory, the windshield was cracked by a rock chip. The team at Wickstrom replaced it with an OEM windshield and made everything right. I am extremely happy with my Bronco and the service I got at Wickstrom. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is above the rest. It was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. In fact, it has changed my opinion about domestic car dealerships. Like I said earlier, not everyone has the people skills to deal with the general public. These people are the best! You won't be disappointed to get service from Hawk Ford of St. Charles. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and have other Ford dealers closer my house but I pick Hawk Ford for service over those dealerships just because of the people there.
