Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

I had a check engine light on, so I took my vehicle in for repairs. My service advisor Amber was very helpful, professional and ensured my issues were addressed.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I was looking for a Ford Explorer online, Arlington had just the one I was looking for. Floyd, Jake and David made it happen. Floyd was great! Since I had to pay for the car even before I physically saw it, Floyd took a lot of Pictures for me and Videos. David got the paperwork done and sent it to a local dealership so I could sign and send it back with the check on 7-14-2025. I am still waiting for the title in the mail. However, I do have a temporary plate from Texas. Jake got the car shipped and I received it on 7-27-2025. A little stressful for me, as I ready paid for the car, and therefore Jake as AutoNation Shipping Company was a little hard to nail down on the delivery date. Overall, a Great experience and I have driven the car now and I love it!!

Easy to make an appointment, Andrew was a great service mgr, fast service, the wash & vacuum is very appreciated! Good waiting rooms, coffee, television, clean restrooms.

They got me taken care of with an oil change and repaired my driver side front tire and replaced my rotors on the front and even washed my ride

Service was great, in and out in 2 hours, The facilities however are in very serious need of improvement and upgrades, this dealership has looked the same for over 20 years , I?ve done business with this store for years.
