I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

Victoria was an absolute amazing salesperson to deal with! Macmulkin really delivered. The really deserve kudos for an all around outstanding job! I?m sold on their dealership and feel they deserve a top notch rating.

I hate buying a new car, but this dealership, Marvin Martin, my sales rep, and Glen, the Business Manager, made it a wonderful stress-less experience. AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). My husband has been buying from them for years and I should have listened to him before now. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I brought my 2008 Ranger in for leaf spring shackle replacement and it turned out that the brackets that mount the shackles to the frame were also bad. Since they quoted me a price to replace the shackles only, they replaced the brackets with no labor charge.
