Columbia Ford/Kia was awesome. Everyone I met there bent over backwards to be helpful. They gave me the information I needed to find the car I wanted. Then they helped me arrange financing. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years. I ended up Going to Lombard Ford after seeing an unbelievable price for a Mustang convertible. I had my doubts about the price. The price was correct with absolutely no hassle or BS. Dan the sales rep was great. I can't say enough about Mike the finance manager he's a great guy. I spoke with Mr. Lombard for quite awhile about cars of the past and the automotive hobby in general. They made us feel very good about everything. Just a straight up good deal with no pushy sales tactics. I drove 3 hours one way from the Jersey shore and I can honestly say I will drive back for my next car. We can't thank Lombard Ford and there staff enough for making the car purchase relaxing and easy.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

Beginning with John Tapio, who responded to an inquiry then Cameron, Jillian, Matt! Jay, and (apologies, can?t remember name) Finance guy, this whole process was the best ever. This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

The sales person Mr. William Kendal was at all times helpful. Didn't like the unprofessional conduct of the financial department providing me a temporary registration with the wrong VIN#, and holdig on to the vehicle documents until the certified bank check drawn on a CT.state financial institution check cleared without informing me. All they had to do was simply tell me what the there s SOP was. Also didn't appreciate there behavior providing misinformation after they forgot to request the certificate for my veterans discount. After returning to the store to help them solve the problem, they falsely claimed they wanted to make sure If there were other rebates coming to me.
