After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Had the dreaded harsh shift in transmission on my 2018 F150. Dropped it off to be evaluated, truck needed a overhaul of transmission to replace CFD Hub and Control assembly. Had my truck for 4 days, they had the parts on hand. Aria (Service Adv) kept me informed. After repair, truck shifted better than when it was new. 1 week later still shifting fine. Glad I had an extended warranty this would have been an expensive repair.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time. They were very professional, helpful and courteous though the whole process. The finance dept was smooth and explained all the paperwork for a fast transaction.
