Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

Finance rate could have been better. Takes far to long far to much paperwork to get the deal done. Far to many fingers innthe pie.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Julio Becerra is the most thoughtful and knowledgeable salesperson I've dealt when buying a car. No tricks, no surprises. He said what he meant and meant what he said. And a heck of a nice guy! Would absolutely buy from here again.

Absolutely worth the drive — five stars! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Joan and Raphael were fantastic from start to finish. I found my 2021 Ford Expedition online and started working with Joan via text which was super convenient and quick. I decided to make the two-hour drive, and it was 100% worth it! Q. Sabir was my salesman rep and he was excellent. I’ve that this dealership does business with honesty and integrity. Warren was my manager and he was very kind and understanding. Really great dealership. Like a breath of fresh air.

Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. If you're considering working with this dealership, I recommend reaching out to Carlos directly. He was proactive, transparent, and genuinely committed to making the process smooth.

Came in to browse and left with a new car, not due to pressure from anyone but because of great prices and the absolutely fantastic service of Nelson and the rest of the team at Mullinax Ford. Dealership came highly recommended from friends who had used them before, and they did not disappoint.
