Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. After working some magic with Wright Patt, Alan Chess got my payments $200 cheaper monthly. Anyone who is looking at getting a car go see my second mom Terri Connally and Alan Chess. They were able to put us in a reliable car at a good price. The salesperson, Caleb Simpson, answered all of our questions and explained the process. I would recommend this dealership and more importantly, Caleb, to anyone looking for a used car.

Negotiated our trade over the phone since I was 8 hours away. Everything was exactly as discussed when I arrived. The employees were great, they knew o needed to get back on the road home and everyone worked exceptionally hard to make that happen.
