Sounds....amazing! Drives...smooth and clean. Interior... feels like new. This is as close to a new 1989 Ford Mustang LX Coupe as you can get. V8 Engine is a 5.0 and is up against a 5 speed manual transmission that makes shifting solid and sure. The cold A/C is great... but the best is when you go out cruising...all the heads turn, tilt, listen...and then smile. It's a show car. No rain. Paint... mirror like finish. The '89 5.0 LX Hatchback is an awesome car if you can still find one in good shape . Most back in the day were wrapped around poles or beat to death drag racing. I have owned mine since brand new. Still stock except for Flowmaster mufflers and K&N Air Filter. You can hook up a Nitro kit to this Engine. The Cops used to use them as Speed Intercepters in California and North Carolina. I have young guys every Spring, knocking on my door asking me if my 5.0 is for sale. Resale value now on these cars is great if they are in decent condition. My car has an automatic tranny which is now shot, but at least I got over 100k on it before it started slipping. The Engines will last 200k or more. This also was the 25th Anniversary of the Mustang. Hope this helps somebody who is interested in the old Fox body Stangs.
