I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

My 2007 Explorer Sport Trac broke down with fluid leaking. I call Quality Auto Mall and spoke with Tom Dickman, the Service Manager. He was outstanding. He arranged for a tow company to pickup the truck. Once there they diagnosed the problem quickly and had the truck repaired and returned to me the following evening. Amazing service!!!

My variceal was delivered a couple weeks early, but was not informed that I needed to complete purchase earlier as well. It made me scramble to get to dealer as I was traveling. All worked out and hopefully Ford will take notice so this problem is r=easily resolved.

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. I had a Bronco I wanted to trade in after deciding to downsize so I sent in an inquiry to Wayne Ford using cars.com. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve never used the app, but their team reached out rather quickly and gave me a ball park for my trade-in through text. I took the drive over from Philly and met the representative, Eric, who reached out to me. I took my new vehicle for a test drive, sat down to discuss my trade in and he did everything in his power to help me get the price I wanted for my trade. I had two other dealerships in the area who were calling me for my trade-in but Eric did a great job hearing me out and pushing to maximize the trade in value of my vehicle while coming down on the price of my new car. After some back and forth, he got me in the ballpark of where I wanted to be and beat out the other two offers I had. It’s nice to be back in a spot where a car salesman wants to compete for your business and doesn’t fall back on the high chance that someone will come in and pay an absurd amount over MSRP. The financial representative, Jordy, was a great help as well. He wasn’t pushing or pressuring me to purchase a bunch of extra warranties I wasn’t interested in, he simply walked me through the options I had with Wayne Ford, what each covered and the costs associated with each one. I began the tedious process of buying a car with my son. The second stop we made was World Volkswagen. Rob Bilek greeted us, showed us cars that matched the description that we gave and offered to sit down and chat. At that point we were still looking at all options. He said he would be here if and when we decided to come back. Every other dealer we went to tried to pull the “used car salesman” nonsense. “What can you afford per month? Showed us things out of our price range. What do we have to do to get you in this car today?” This type of pressure went on for days. We were very discouraged, but remembered Robert Bilek and how real he was. We went back, and we are glad we did. Rob and Dylan Amos, the finance manager, were wonderful. They helped us find the car we were looking for, explained the financing, and even helped us with car insurance comparisons. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially this team!
