I was seen at the time of my appointment and was out in about forty-five minutes. Patrick was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was great.

Dropped the car off for oil change, tire rotation and repair passenger side window. Work was done in a timely manner. No charge for the oil change because it was the first one at Pugmire for this vehicle. The window repair was no charge because the vehicle is under warranty. Ended up no charge for the work done.

This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Justin kept in touch with me and even had his manager, Billy call me with updates while he was off work. When the work was done they even delivered my truck home.
