Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. Our buying experience with Kevin Baldwin at Prospect Ford was excellent! The truck we were interested in at Prospect was 3 & 1/2 hours drive from us so Kevin sent a detailed video of it which sold us on it. They negotiated a bit on the price & I drove away happy! Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

My wife and I traveled 2 1/2hrs to the dealership in Frisco, TX. We were treated extremely well from start to finish by our salesman, Jerome Collins. He worked with us on an acceptable trade-in deal and saw us through on a successful purchase. Very nice dealership with an exceptional free coffee bar, vending area, and showroom. Much better overall in-store experience than most other dealerships we've been to. Sales area did not have that claustrophobic feel. Would recommend to anyone.

Found the deal of about 10K off sticker price online. Upon arriving got 4K more for my trade in than expected and to top it off, had small extended warranty given to me for free.

Wanting for an oil change and ended up getting so much more just because it was time for most of the services performed. They were not pushy at all. My only complain is I took it In with the truck averaging 19.3 miles to a gallon and got it back with it averaging 19.0 miles per gallon. I don’t like that and truly they should offer a free detail as most dealerships do. Anyways, I will definitly bring my truck back. I need to get a. Pole other things done and I know price for service is better than most other places.
