Thanks to Alfonso I purchased my long awaited Ford Maverick. Alfonso was very helpful and patient with questions I had and offered after purchase assistance with anything else I needed. Also to the finance guy (sorry forgot his name). He was really helpful as well.

Bob K was a great person to deal with , but finance man tried to shove extended warranty plans down you throat , he needs to back off, and not try to play confusing game to sneak them into the deal, also to many sales people like vultures in the lot when you arrive, all were very polite but intimidating

I brought in my car for consistent low tire pressure and Allie was able to identify it was a nail immediately. I was able to have a plug fix and I was on my way within 45 minutes. Allie provided excellent customer service!

Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. Great experience at San Tan Ford, went to the dealership to take a look at a used 2020 Ford Raptor truck they had on their lot. After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck.
