These guys from the beginning to the end, never stopped communicating and catering to me. On the day we were supposed to close on the car. It was pouring rain so they said to stay at my office and they met me at my office with the car so I could do the paperwork there and save the rainy trip. I could not recommend them enough.

Andrew Stewart is my Service Advisor and Andrew is exceptional, focused on customer service and prompt scheduling as one of the parts (steering wheel controller) had to be ordered and expedited overnight. Once delivered, he coordinated your exceptional mechanics/techs to complete the work and I received my truck before the end of the day. Andrew also helped with my Enterprise Rental car. Thank you. Special mention to William in Parts as he confirmed the controller was in stock and reserved it for my vehicle, advised me overnight delivery orders needed to be completed by 3:00pm. Jim in Service followed up on the overnight delivery, made sure mechanics knew the overnighted controller was on premises. I so appreciate your dedicated team completed the work above and beyond. Controller was not cheap but warranty in place is peace of mind and I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Margate to all.

They not only worked with me before and during the transaction, but also showed me that same degree of attention, courtesy and responsiveness after the purchase. The process went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my buying experience at AutoNation Margate. Buying and or leasing a car could be on my list of life's bad experiences but a necessity if you need transportation. Having a driver's licence of over 50 years tells you I've been through the dance many times. I'm taking the time to write this review because I had an easy go at it this week thanks to Luke Svanberg my salesman and Rachel Babbit who finalized the deal and is working on my trade in payoff including extended warranty refund.
