IDK how "non-commisioned sales" works. But it produced a very rewarding shopping experience for us. Joseph, our sales rep, listened and made suggestions that were spot-on. Amazingly courteous on all fronts. Accurate initial assessments and clear instruction of what would be performed during the 50K inspection and service. Detailed followup on the issues that were found, and all that passed, and absolutely no pressure to have any of the work done, only suggestions and rationale. The work was performed promptly, and correctly. In my case the rear brakes required servicing (which I was expecting) and yet the front brakes were confirmed as being in good shape. Complete honesty. Finally, Amber is a jewel, from truck intake to its exit. She kept me updated and encouraged me to call with questions anytime - which I did, and she was most kind and thorough. My suv was ordered. Waited less than 30 days after ordering. My salesman kept me informed of the movement and process of my vehicle. After the suv was processed I checked it out and got what I ordered. The suv had no issues and it was washed, very clean and the gas tank was full with 2 miles on the odometer. Very pleased with the salesman. I have not seen the service department, but looking forward to that process.
