He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. It's was a good experience , I admit I don't like car dealers or dealerships and I am ready to go to war when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle. I already know the numbers, features on the vehicle, tactics used by salesman, etc. just to emphasize on that, I would purchase a vehicle in another state if the pricing and everything else lines up to my advantage. Nevertheless, I seen a vehicle I wanted on line and was able to negotiate everything before I even left my house. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Robert Pafford a.k.a. Santa Claus and not only did he become my favorite salesman ever he's is one of the best people I've ever talked to. I could keep going on with my experience but then this will turn into a news column vs a review. It's was good, and I think Robert has a customer for life. Good job and welcome (he knows what I'm talking about).
