He understood and worked his magic to get us to stay within our budget and get a great vehicle. I would come back here to see him when we decide to purchase again. The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. It’s not to often that someone opens their heart, a business, and works so hard to make dreams happen. Today Veterans Ford made this little, 6’7” tall 🤣, veterans dream come true. I can not thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. They worked so HARD and made it happen and I’m forever grateful. The three hour drive was COMPLETELY WORTH IT! Come here if you are down on your luck or if your in the market for a new or used vehicle because they will do EVERYTHING to make your dreams come true!!!!!!!!!

Other than a hiccup in the beginning I Gotta give a Big shout out to Veteran's Ford, they did a very nice thing today because of the confusion and I am very appreciative as the team at this place are Great, so once again Thank you to Lorenzo, Brian and Travis :) great team!!

I saw a vehicle on Carfax that I was interested in and made an appointment to check it out. Kent did a great job of showing me the vehicle and worked with me to a deal that fit my budget. I returned several days later to pick up the vehicle and Kent wasn't in, but Jose stepped up to help complete the deal and made sure I got the truck and went over all the details of the truck's operation. For the past several years, he has provided expert knowledge and confidence on what needs to be done to keep our vehicle running in tip-top condition. He always answers our questions in a polite and professional manner. He makes us feel like a valued customer.

Car repair on my Ford Escape. Service advisor kept me informed of the progress. I was provided with a loaner during the time my car was being worked on.

Alex is a very good Service Advisor he make sure we know what I'll vehicle needs. Eric the Mechanicsl Technician works hard to get our vehicle back on the road. He let's us know exactly what going on with our vehicle.

William is an asset to the Ferman organization. He and his team quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, kept me updated during the entire process and showed great professionalism regarding customer support.
