I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills Ford. I was strapped for cash and was only there for the $89 oil change but my bill came to $166. I questioned why the extra and was told they checked brakes and tried to rotate my tires but I stopped them as I have separate company tire service. I was upset. Also I needed to buy a $500 molding for the top trunk of my car. Eddie in Parts was helpful in refucing price and Ken Vasquez Dervice Manager promised me if I bought the part he would put it on for free He said it looked like a relativity simple job to “pop on”. I know he was trying to be helpful which I appreciated. I am a senior on a fixed income so I need to be careful when spending. But the molding needed to be put on so I charged it and was grateful for Ken’s offer to put it on no charge. It took almost two weeks for the part to arrive from Memphis. I received a call yesterday from Eddie in parts notifying me the $500 mpart just arrived. This was yesterday Dec 13. So i picked up the part and took it to Ken Vasquez, to follow up on his offer. I did not have an appointment, yet, Ken arranged for mechanic Bryan to put the part on free of charge. Given my dire financial circumstances, I was very appreciative. Ken was true to his word. He even made sure my car was washed. I am most grateful to both Ken Vasquez and Bryan for taking care of this for me. Ken was attuned to my financial distress and responded with grace, compassion and professalism. It is the holiday season. Both Ken Vasquez and Bryan responded to my vehicle needs in the most gracious and professional manner. For this, I am grateful. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Thank You!

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.
