I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeting by Anthony Williams. We asked that he let us look first and he did. After we decided what we were more specifically interested in, Anthony stepped back in and was able to find the car and bring it to the front. We test drove it and ended up buying the same day. Anthony was great.

This dealership is definitely above the rest with the car buying experience! Working with Adam Sadek was so easy! He made the process so simple and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at, helping us make an informed decision. Will definitely return next time we need a vehicle!

Excellent service rep ( Richard, Audi, Ben Brook, Ft Worth, Tx ). Very efficient. Updated me via telephone on status of my car, everyday and a lot of times more than once. The repair department made sure my car would be ready at an agreed time. This was also due to the fact my service rep was in constant contact with them. Will definitely bring my car back to them when service would be needed.

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. Came in for service, had been looking around for a couple weeks when Briley came out to talk to me. She put up with too many questions and found something that we could work a deal out on. Highly recommend these guys for service and their sales team is top-notch!

I had to deal with this dealership for a car sale... from moment one to the time they bought my car this team was top notch from being greeted at the driveway to figuring out the process they were fantastic. I watched not only how they dealt with me but all the customers either buying a new car or receiving service. Even the way they handled giving me a ride 30 miles home. Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke). If you're in the market for any kind of vehicle Kia Granbury was TOP NOTCH.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

The 2022 Mustang Mach 1 that I own is an adventure each time that I drive it! It can be a daily driver or a fun time on the weekend just listening to the symphonic sounds of that V-8! This is my second V-8 Mustang and I have to say that each one has been a quite enjoyable experience!
