Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Well laid out organized delivery process from start to completion. Vehicle was well prepped and clean on delivery. Salesperson was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle contents, features, and functions.

Amer Samhat was my salesperson, I had been looking previously - SERRA had on the lot the color & style I was looking for. The purchase was seamless and efficient-Amer?s knowledge of the product & process was appreciated, as was his professionalism, and is the reason I would recommend Serra Ford Farmington Hills.

Salesman got me exactly what I wanted in. The finance department got me alone without running my credit 13 times like every other dealership does I will not go anywhere else now.

Everyone was very helpful in the process of buying out the lease. Took care of financing and the process was very easy. Didn?t try to over sell us on extra items. Explained what we could do and left the decision up to us. No pressure.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children.
