Diego was very patient with my wife and I while making the hard choice of trying to figure out which vehicle was the best for our family. Our finance representative, Mo, did a terrific job in explaining the sales contract and the different warranties available to us. Mobile service truck arrived at my house early. Service provider was courteous and knowledgable, finishing the job within 20 minutes.Why would anybody want to drive to the dealership when you can get the same service at your home/business?

Overall experience was very good. The sales person had good knowledge of the vehicle and was customer focused. There was no pressure and went at my pace, which was good.

It was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were greeted by Omar almost immediately after we walked in. We knew exactly what we were looking for and had a vehicle to trade in. He quickly got our truck in line for appraisal and grab the keys for the truck we wanted to buy for a test drive. He made the whole process quick and easy! On the financing side, JB was awesome to work with. He talked through all the warranty options and listened to our feedback from past poor experiences. It was great! Ultimately, he convinced us to add a few of the warranty options. He was never pushy but asked the right questions to show us the benefit and value it would add. Great experience good people to work with salespeople need some training on the vehicle walk around and knowledge of all the vehicles that are being sold .But overall an easy purchase.

I purchased a 2025 F-150 XLT in April. I researched the truck and scheduled a test drive on the Autonation Website without any issues. Once I got to the dealership everything went smoothly. I got a good deal on the truck and the salesman was courteous and professional. The entire experience was good. I recommend buying a truck from Autonation on the Gulf Freeway.
