Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Had service work done to my 2023 Explorer ! Jovanni was awesome at getting me in quickly and getting all work done in less time than normal !!! Love my Explorer because of of the great service provided !! I will continue to buy my cars from Bob Tomes Ford ! And so is my son with his Ford pickup truck !!!

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. Wade Scott was absolutely fantastic. He set up an appointment for me,got my rear camera fixed, and help to get a system install that will help my car run better. Wade Scott is truly the definition of quality customer service. If you ever get a chance to work with Wade Scott, I guarantee you will be satisfied.

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
