Bob K was a great person to deal with , but finance man tried to shove extended warranty plans down you throat , he needs to back off, and not try to play confusing game to sneak them into the deal, also to many sales people like vultures in the lot when you arrive, all were very polite but intimidating

After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck. TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

I recently purchased a preowned Chevrolet Tahoe. I came up from Tucson and the sales representative came into work on his day off to help me. The vehicle was ready when I arrived. We did a test drive, he gave me the price of the car, no haggling, straight forward quote, financed, DONE! I drove the car back to Tucson that night and love my new ride!
