I had a seamless purchase experience with Hyundai of Kirkland. I went there to purchase a used car and Zishan helped me with test drive and suggested better available vehicles with them. I got a great deal on a used Tucson with a quick processing of all documentation within an hour. The car was made ready to be delivered on the same day!

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

We had Eric as a salesman and he was very good at answering all of our questions we had about the new trucks. He made the buying process about as quick as possible. Then Michael the tech, came and explained all the cool tech gadgets on the new trucks. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking to buy a new truck.

Our salesman, Beshoy Gendy , did a really good job of showing me the car I was interested in, a 2016 Shelby GT 350 Mustang. Really no pressure before and after me and my son Tyler tested it on the road. The car really sold itself but Beshoy made us feel relaxed and was very accommodating and chill to my needs. I purchased the oil change package for my new car back in 2019. It's great that I get notified when I need a service, next I make the appointment, I am contacted by the valet, the service valet comes and picks up my vehicle, they perform the required work, and then return my car to my home. On the seat is my service sheet of the work and coupons to get my car washed. I am also contacted about any other necessary maintenance needs. Having the convenience of staying home and not sitting in a waiting room is really awesome. My advisor Jes has been very helpful answering any concerns or questions I had about the future needs. Also, the driver Ali who arrived to pick up my vehicle has a great upbeat demeanor about her. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Thanks.
