Also, don?t expect much help from the finance department, as they won?t put much effort into assisting you. This is where I really have to give credit to my salesman, Roman Grigorchuk, who was incredibly attentive and genuinely dedicated to making the process smoother. As for the quality of the car, make sure to thoroughly check all the details. For example, I was sold the car without the under-engine cover (the part that goes under the engine and protects it from rocks and debris that could damage it). When I called to ask them to install it, they refused. So, I strongly suggest inspecting the car carefully. Overall, the car is�in�great�shape.

The buying process was simple and straightforward. Adrian the salesman was wonderfully honest and transparent. The only time I had any issues was with the trade-in appraisal which was ridiculously low and so I took it to CarMax and got 8k more than offered at Baytown. The only other hiccup was when finance was doing the final numbers and tried to slip in an extra charge for sales tax on a vehicle I didn?t trade in with them. I?ll give it to them as an honest mistake but they need to be more careful when talking a thousand dollars. I walked out a happy customer in the end and will happily refer folks to Baytown Ford especially for specialty and performance vehicles.
