Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Took vehicle there to have transmission serviced and it was fixed in a timely manner and the price was right on point, I will continue to use Sera Ford of Farmington Hills.

I had the privilege to meet and be assisted by Keith English who truly went above and beyond (at all hours, always ending with a “my pleasure”) what most other sales people do. He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. Hit a very large deer with my new explorer. Only had 17k on it so far. The damage was seriously bad and I kind of expected they might have to just total my explorer but the adjuster estimated it at about 12k worth of damages and two weeks later it was completed. I did not have time to clean the vehicle as it had to be towed after the accident. Two air bags had gone off and the right front of the vehicle was pretty much destroyed. So they not only made it unnoticeable but also did a pretty good detail job on the front interior of the vehicle which I was not expecting them to do. If I have any issues I will update but as of now the car is just as it was before the deer committed suicide by car. I will be taking any future work to bob maxey. Very good job done by all involved. Lesson learned… slow down on dirt roads.
