He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. Overall, my experience at Akins Ford was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. These guys couldn't have been better to me. Justin met me on the service drive and walked me through the repair process, what needed to be diagnosed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Justin kept in touch with me and even had his manager, Billy call me with updates while he was off work. When the work was done they even delivered my truck home.
