As he checked our credit score, he came back to the desk and presented his offer. We were shocked that he offered us almost the same percentage rate. We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. It was like we were old friends catching up on our lives. � � �There is a valuable team at AutoNation Ford Arlington. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, even though at the end we did buy our pre owned from AutoNation. We are very pleased with our purchase and the sales team we had.

Though we only met him briefly, his friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. While waiting for finance, we noticed a birthday celebration for one of the team members. The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. All in all, Iliana Davila was absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and completely customer-focused from beginning to end.
