It was Fast and easy process. The service advisor Alper was very helpful. The facility was very clean. They provided easy transportation home and back to dealer.

Honestly, this would have been a one star review all around, but thanks to Alder I'm giving all fives. Unfortunately, the customer agent who was handling my car service was let go or quit (I'm not sure which) the day they took my car in. This resulted in a multi-day, multi-problem situation that was frustrating and stressful. Alder took full accountability and set everything straight with no additional cost. I would definitely go back and ask for Alder specifically if I need anything else.

It was the very best and most professional staff! They (Chandler) was so helpful and when time was a factor he stayed on top of everything ! I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.
