We have had bad experiences at car dealerships before, but this was not one of them. Auday provided us with the best service that we have experienced in a long time. � � �As we went through the contract, it was time to talk about financing which is not something that most people enjoy when making a large purchase � � �We had already set up our financing with another lender and shared our percentage rate with Kyron Session. As he checked our credit score, he came back to the desk and presented his offer. We were shocked that he offered us almost the same percentage rate. We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. It was like we were old friends catching up on our lives. � � �There is a valuable team at AutoNation Ford Arlington. At no time did we feel pressured into buying, even though at the end we did buy our pre owned from AutoNation. We are very pleased with our purchase and the sales team we had.

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. We chose Grapevine Ford over other Ford dealerships in North Texas because it was the only place where someone actually approached us when we walked in. From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. In contrast, Grapevine Ford made us feel valued and respected. If we ever decide to get a new truck, this will be the first place we visit again. Highly recommended.
