Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

When I was young I purchased two cars at Walker Berge in West LA and was lied to, and basically ripped off. I moved my business to Galpin and it’s no wonder why Berge is out of business now! This is where I met Bob Navarro & Arron Diyarza. What straight up honest guys! I have just purchased my third car from Bob and sent friends that also have purchased from him. The experience was surprising from beginning to end! I was never pressured to purchase and the buying process was painless as well. They even offered sandwiches! Great experience overall!

Five Stars ? Best Customer Service I?ve Ever Experienced! I was honestly hesitant to buy a Ford at first because I had heard some negative things about their customer service. However, after owning vehicles from Lexus, Acura, and Chevy, I can confidently say that Ford Autonation Valencia has given me the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. They always get my car in quickly and provide a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced, which is a huge help. The communication is excellent?they keep me updated every step of the way?and every staff member I?ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. This time, I worked with Greg, who was fantastic, but truly everyone at this dealership goes above and beyond. Hassle free, Gary answered all my questions a d worries about a future payment. Place was clean and covid free which was nice. Would recommend.

The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received while purchasing my new Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid. They were very through in explaining everything. What most impressed me, was that they were the only dealership willing to sell me a car that wasn't in their inventory.

Overall good experience except waiting a very long time after choosing my car to purchase , for the finance dept to help me . The wait was over an hour.
