Very good experience overall, we were disappointed that there was no wiggle room on a $40,000 car, not even $50. The young man that sold us our car was excellent. We did have a problem in that They messed up our paperwork a little bit, but they were very quick to rectify it. I would say maybe pick a different dealership if you?d like to barter a little bit otherwise it was a good experience for us.

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. Got oil change done and got brake fluid exchange done. The only thing I didn?t like was an oil drop on driver side. Probably technician resetting dashboard information. Hands get greasy I understand but be careful and wipe hands when getting in customers vehicles. Especially clean vehicles.
