Bob K was a great person to deal with , but finance man tried to shove extended warranty plans down you throat , he needs to back off, and not try to play confusing game to sneak them into the deal, also to many sales people like vultures in the lot when you arrive, all were very polite but intimidating

Great experience at San Tan Ford, went to the dealership to take a look at a used 2020 Ford Raptor truck they had on their lot. After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.
