Although the entire team was top notch, our car salesman, Diego, was the MVP throughout the process. Diego was very patient with my wife and I while making the hard choice of trying to figure out which vehicle was the best for our family. Our finance representative, Mo, did a terrific job in explaining the sales contract and the different warranties available to us. My wife and I were in and out of the dealership within the hour after we made our selection. Thank you Diego and Mo for going above and beyond for my family and I. Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
