This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. The sales, finance and service department are the best. Every once awhile I receive a text message asking me how the car is doing and if I need anything. The service department is always great.

A little slow with the paperwork but Justin was a pleasure to deal with. He made the buying process as smooth as possible. The snacks and water/coffee were also good.
