Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. The service reps, Buch and Eric, were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and helpful talking through what needed to be repaired now and what could wait. They arranged a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop. Overall a pleasant experience, and the friendliness of the service reps was key to that.
