Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. Had a recall notice on my sun roof. Packey Webb Service order the parts and scheduled the repairs. Repairs completed within 2 hours when they were suppose to take 4.My only criticism is they need to communicate better. They should be proactive in providing updates to the customer.
