I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service. Not our first time here. They were able to get us to drive 2 1/2 hours to Frisco to buy an Explorer that we had decided to wait on. Great jobs guys. I think this Explorer will be a fantastic addition to our life.
