He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.

The dealership had many cars to review and choose from. Colors and options were available. The salesman knew his business and was pleasant in helping us choose a car.
