They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Almost glad I broke down so I could meet some of the most friendliest people on the planet, if everybody gave service like that, they would be a lot more smiles around. Thank you very much for your kind polite service. The only shame is they don’t have 10 stars to give you.

Had a really great experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. DT was my sale associate and he’s been the best I’ve had so far when buying a new vehicle. Negotiations were quick. They had the truck I wanted and we were able to agree on a price within an hour of walking into the dealership. DT was professional and honest. I will definitely use him again when buying from them in the future. I bought an EV and there was an issue with the tax credit after I purchased. I brought it to their attention. Peyton and Zane escalated the matter immediately and it was resolved in just a few days. They were willing to work with me AFTER the purchase, gave me several options, and said they would get it done no matter what. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. So happy with our sales rep(Garelle “Samuel” Yeager)! He drove my wife and I to the secondary lot to see the car being prepped and went over all the details with us. Then, on the day we picked up he helped us surprise our son and even put a bow on it! Good times ✅

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

The personnel at the dealership were all very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the trade in value I was given and with the vehicle I purchased.

I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable.
