Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I was planning a trip and I noticed an unusual brake noise.. I was assured car was safe and made the trip without any problem. I will return for service. Very professional

I was in the middle of a 1200 mile road trip when a brake line went bad on my vehicle. I went to these guys because they were the closest Ford dealer. They found a part for me, asked a tech to work overtime, and got my vehicle fixed up, and sent me on my way. I didn't know if I was going to make it to my destination but, because they were so responsive, I was able to make it on time. Although I've only dealt with the service center, I'm seriously considering these guys when I buy my next vehicle. And they're about 800 miles from my home.

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.
