We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and they made the process a fantastic experience. Stacey is great 👍 appointment was at 7:30 did not finish until 10/30 - opt to stay vs waiting cause “it won’t take that long” lost almost a 1/2 day of work waiting appointment??? I had but still it felt like I was a walk in - the coupons offered for the works is not straightforward- synthetic vs synthetic blend is not clearly defined and the À la cart of a oil change is cra-cra
