This is our ninth Ford and our eighth from Packey Web. We have dealt with the same salesperson each time. Elliott Sivewright has always been awesome every time. He knows us now, so this last transaction was a breeze. We called him and told him what we were looking for and what amenities we absolutely wanted and what amenities we could do without. I was looking for the new Ford Mach-E and Mike was great at getting me exactly what I wanted. The process took a while because of demand and delays but he was super helpful throughout the process and got me everything I wanted.
