Great experience at San Tan Ford, went to the dealership to take a look at a used 2020 Ford Raptor truck they had on their lot. After meeting with Rex, who did a great job, we were able to make a deal, and I went home with a new truck. Andrew in the finance department did an excellent job at clearly explaining everything and made the financing process as easy as possible. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction.
