Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Bob K was a great person to deal with , but finance man tried to shove extended warranty plans down you throat , he needs to back off, and not try to play confusing game to sneak them into the deal, also to many sales people like vultures in the lot when you arrive, all were very polite but intimidating
